Our top priority is to ensure that no one is overlooked, and each client is given the opportunity to have their voice heard so they can move from dependent living situations to independent ones that work for them. Our compassion and tenacity, enables us to restore our client's hope by helping them home.Our Services: Our Relocation Specialists create a transition plan for each client by:Searching and applying for places to liveScheduling and attending housing tour optionsHelping apply for subsidized housing (Section 8, Section 42, HCV)Applying for financial assistanceSetting up PCA or other services in new client homesAssisting in seeking for and applying for employment Arranging moving day transportationWho Qualifies:Our services are a benefit of medical assistance.
