Beachside Counseling is a boutique therapy practice in San Diego helping clients throughout California find hope, healing, and happiness. We use a collaborative, client-centered, and strength-based approach to help you explore things from your past or your present that are making your life harder than it needs to be. Whether it's grief from the loss of a loved one, heartache from a recent break-up, anxiety from life's stressors, or a negative view of yourself, we'll help you learn to cope with your emotions, stop feeling so overwhelmed, and start living a life filled with freedom, happiness, and inner peace.Beachside Counseling is only providing teletherapy services at this time. We anticipate returning to in-person services at some point in the future, but do not have any timeframe for that at this time.Clients based in San Diego will have an option for teletherapy or in-person services once we return to our office. Teletherapy will always be an option for clients from out of the San Diego area.
