HeartSounds is developing a computer-aided auscultation device for the detection of various cardiac dysfunctions and abnormalities. The non-invasive device platform will help physicians continuously monitor cardiovascular metrics that are currently difficult to obtain, such as Pulmonary Arterial Pressure. This metric will enable a more safe and effective treatment of shock and allow for remote monitoring of heart failure patients. The Company is completing R&D on its first device and is collecting data for FDA clearance.
