Chiropractic care became integral in my life while competing in strongman competitions, powerlifting, and Highland games allowing me to maintain my desired performance even with rigorous training. It was natural for me to become a DC to bring that same healing to others. While in my medical training, I also earned degrees in naturopathic medicine and acupuncture. I have seen acupuncture perform amazingly with acute pain, chronic pain, PTSD, vertigo, and more, while naturopathic medicine brings expertise in how everything in our body is connected and plays a role in our good health."
