Foundation for a College Education's mission is to increase the number of students of color from East Palo Alto and surrounding communities who graduate with a degree from a four-year college or university. FCE accomplishes its mission by providing free, comprehensive college access and retention services to its students and their families.FCE has a larger vision, which is to create a community where higher education is attainable. By engaging students and parents in our work, we foster the development of a community of learners who are equipped with the right tools, resources, and information to succeed. Our families play a pivotal role in sharing information with other families, thus catalyzing change in East Palo Alto and surrounding communities.
