We assist municipal clients in creating materials management systems that are efficient, cost effective and in compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations. We help cities decrease their overall waste production, increase recycling and work with their haulers effectively. We have over fifteen years of experience implementing AB 341, AB 1826 and, recently, SB 1383-compliant programs in Orange County cities and rolling out thousands of diversion programs.
