A woman owned business founded by former Regional Managers, our mission is to be the leader in solving the package problem for the multifamily housing industry, giving back valuable time and resources to property teams, all while providing a high quality service to the residents. Our offsite warehouses keep packages from ever entering the leasing offices again, giving leasing teams back office space and time, all while the property earns income through our service.
