Founded in 1972 by Lawrence Joseph Whitty, otherwise known as, Happy Joe. Our pizza and ice cream restaurants offer fun, family dining. Our headquarters are located in Bettendorf, Iowa. We have approximately 50 restaurants in 6 US states - Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Missouri, and Minnesota. Happy Joe's is known for our unique pizza and pasta creations which include the Taco Joe, Happy Joe's Special, made with Canadian bacon and sauerkraut, BLT, BBQ, Meatworks®, and many others, including our awesome Omelet pizzas which are a great choice for breakfast meetings, sports teams or any other breakfast get-together.
