American Land Rights (ALRA) is an politically aggressive association of private property owners, landowners, ranchers, miners, forestry, recreation users, inholders in Federal areas, users of Federal lands and people concerned about environmental issues such as the Endangered Species Act and over regulation by Congress and the Federal agencies. ALRA maintains an ever increasing data base of several million names and addresses with hundreds of thousands of e-mail address and fax numbers to organize political campaigns to help our members and our allies compete in the political process in Congress and the Administration.ALRA also does political consulting and coalition building through our network of associates and allies. ALRA is active in all 50 states. You can think of American Land Rights as a political fire house available on short notice to help your group or community get on the political playing field quickly and build a coalition to effectively educate Congress and the Administration about your issues. Together we can then work for effective and productive change. ALRA also works with local communities and rural Americans to try to protect their way of life from the continuing effort by environmental special interest groups to impose new land use controls, land acquisition programs, and ever expanding environmental regulation.
