The mission of Indigenized Energy Initiative is to use the power of solar to eliminate poverty in Native American communities, and diminish climate change.We are a team of Native American spiritual, educational, and governmental leaders, and some of the nation's foremost experts in solar technology, education, energy policy, finance, and community economic development. Embracing the extraordinary circumstances and unique potential of Native Americans, we take a holistic and culturally sensitive approach to addressing climate and energy challenges, while training Native people to develop and deploy solar in their communities. Our approach supports ancient belief systems, while applying modern technology to solve some of indigenous Americans' longest standing problems.
