In partnership with clinical healthcare, low-income housing, employers, and communities, we deliver via our signature "Community As Medicine" model while uplifting our universal prescription: MOVE (physical activity) NOURISH (healthy food) CONNECT (social suport) and BE (stress reduction). Open Source Wellness's offering is fundamentally experiential: no classes, lectures, or extensive intakes.
