ProActive Heart and Vein Center is an independent and growing practice in the upscale suburbs of Memphis, TN. We are building an academic-caliber, private practice with the full array of CardioVascular Services. Our office has a full in-office peripheral angiography suite with full interventional capabilities and full interventional therapeutic venous suite for both superficial venous disease (EVLT, Venaseal, Phlebectomy, Varithena, U/S guided sclerotherapy, and deep venous disease such as May Thurner. Echo, ETT, nuclear, holter, DSE, segmentals and all vascular ultrasound imaging modalities are onsite. ProActive is a bustling Cardiology and Vascular Program with a unique outpatient focused approach, opportunity for inpatient work as well, and busy PAD and Vein programs. We are a growing practice with two office locations and three mid-level providers.
