It's a Sensory World! is a center that offers a variety of multi-sensory, educational, recreational, and therapeutic services for children with special needs and their families. We are committed to creating unique programs that bridge the gap between therapy, home, school, and mainstream recreation.We provide a sensory rich and nurturing environment to children of all abilities, including those with Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and Sensory Processing Disorders. At our center they strive to reach their full potential with the help of their families and our highly experienced teachers and well trained staff.When we first opened in October 2007, we were the only center offering services supplemental to therapy in North Texas. We are still the only center where parent empowerment is a central part of our mission. It's a Sensory World is not about financial gain. Our mission is to use our facility and our experience to serve as many families as possible in meeting their unique needs.
