We provide traditional outpatient counseling or therapy services to individuals who are struggling with their mental health. We utilize evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness, but focus first and foremost on building strong, positive relationships with our clients. We also have developed a program wherein physical exercise is a vital component of treatment, and have an on-site fitness center that our clients can use for free anytime during business hours. Based on research, and our own experiences, we view exercise as being the "best mental health medication" available on the market today, and with the "world's greatest side effects"!
