TVO's service company affiliates provide property management, facility management, project management, construction management, energy management, and property development services to TVO affiliates which perform as the Operating or Managing Partner and to unrelated third party clients such as private real estate investors, real estate funds and institutions as well as to cities, municipalities, tax exempt organizations and institutions of higher learning such as universities. TVO North America also provides the operating infrastructure and support for each of the TVO-related entities including HR and Employee Benefits, IT and Management Information Systems, Corporate Compliance, and Risk Management. TVO has been providing its service platform for over 30 years.
