At Motives Met our mission is to help create a better work world. One where we would have clarity on what we need to create a work life we want to wake up to everyday. Where the relationship between the company and individual was truly a win-win for both and not just one sided. We could show up with our humanity at work instead of pretending we are robots who don't feel things at our jobs. In this world, we don't just talk about work wellness and mentally healthy workplaces, but we really live it. Managers had help to motivate employees in a way that well, actually works, and companies had a way to engage and keep their best people in a work world that is evolving at a rapid pace. We would have greater insight into why we and others do what we do so we could bring out the best in ourselves and others at work. We created Motives Met to help make that world a reality.
