Photon Technology Co., Ltd. (PHOTEC) was established in 2016 by senior researchers of Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology. The company business is focused on the industrialization and distribution of Superconducting Nanowire Single Photon Detectors (SNSPD) and their peripheral technologies. As the core product of PHOTEC, SNSPD has reached the world-class performance index, has been widely applied in quantum information, quantum photonics, quantum key distribution, remote sensing and so on.
