The Department of Residential Programs and Services (RPS) has served Indiana University Bloomington with on-campus housing resources since 1906. Today, RPS serves a population of 12,500+ residents with traditional residential halls, furnished apartments, unfurnished apartments, and a variety of on-site dining locations through IU Dining.Students can engage in life on campus through interest-oriented learning communities, including 11 Living-Learning Centers located in RPS residential halls, and residents also have access to resources such as provided media streaming, academic centers, hall libraries, and more.
