Our paths crossed through our love of football. After getting to know each other we realised we both share a deep interest in how the body works and how to maintain its function. As teenagers we both hit a wall. Anna was unhappy and lacked confidence with what she saw in her reflection in the mirror. Frustrated with her size and image, being bigger than everyone else in her school group, she was motivated to make a change. The sticking point to dropping the pounds was the whirlwind of misinformation to help her achieve her goal.TJ suffered a debilitating ankle injury whilst playing football, which prevented her from being able to walk and doing what she loved for a whole year due to ongoing incorrect diagnoses. Left to her own devices on crutches and in a lot of pain, she wondered whether she was ever going to be listened to. Both events which shaped our futures. Our teen experiences that left us with a scar, led us to study our degrees so that others could avoid the same fate. We joined forces to create Back On Track is a place to go to receive personable and specific individual care, coaching and education, to reverse the downward negative spiral of being in pain. Our vision is to empower and educate people to move their bodies in a positive way, reduce pain and get back into a positive headspace.
