WEST WIGHT SPORTS AND COMMUNITY CENTRE is a charity run health, well-being and fitness company based in FRESHWATER, ISLE OF WIGHT, United Kingdom.We focus on ensuring everybody no matter what their background or circumstances is able to access our services. We appreciate that health and well-being extends way beyond just physical activity. We are COMMUNITY owned, COMMUNITY led and COMMUNITY driven. Established in the 1970's when a group of parents got together to build West Wight Swimming Pool, we now provide sports hall, gym, climbing wall, 50 exercise classes a week, meeting rooms and a cafe. Our activities include providing training and volunteering opportunities for people with mental health challenges as well as drop in cafes for vulnerable and isolated members of our community.
