As a fertility coach, I support and empower women and their partner who are starting or struggling on their journey to fertility in finding the most efficient path and tools for a healthy conception.Joining The Healthy Conception Prep Club Facebook group, you will find a supportive, judgement free community. You will find there as well a great resource of information about mindset, life-style and practical tools. We stay focused on preparing the body and mind in succeeding towards a healthy conception naturally or with medical help (IUI or IVF), giving better chance for a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. After an in-depth assessment first call, our services support the client one on one with bi-monthly appointments and accountability tools during business hours. There's also the support of the clients' community using another private Facebook group with exclusive access. For best results, it is advised to sign-up for a three to six months program. When the client become pregnant, YAY!!! Let's celebrate!!! The coaching continues for the remaining of the contract. We switch to transition support in the early stages of the pregnancy.Womb Wednesday Live show every Wednesday at 12:30pm in The Healthy Conception Prep Club Facebook group.
