GY Building resource is a residential construction consultant company specializing in training and development of construction practices, policies, procedures, application of building methods and code compliance. I have been in the industry over 30 years starting as a superintendent, progressing to a VP and managing high volume production communities. Most recently I wrote and published training manuals and graduated assessment programs for educational purposes and advancement of personnel, which became the standard for a major private home builder.
