At Locate and Lease, LLC, we're crazy passionate about locating the perfect apartment that people ultimately call "home." We are experts of Dallas/Fort Worth. We've lived here for a minute, seen Dallas become what it is, and as a result we love using our experience to help people find an apartment home that meets their needs in our city. We like to pretend we're as funny as a combo of Wendy's Twitter Account + Ali Wong + Ryan Reynolds + Chrissy Teigen. It's a stretch, but we're hoping for our Netflix special. Funny or not, we make connections with our clients and learn what's important to them so we can help them find the right place to call home.What do we need? Put simply: we locate; you lease. Our Simon Sinek mantra goes something like this: • What do we do? Locate apartments in the DFW Metroplex for tenants looking to lease with an attitude of joy, wit, and professionalism. • How do we do it? We carefully listen to the client's needs and wants, and make a customized and tailored list of apartments that matches the client's criteria. From there, we serve the client and guide them in the decision-making process.• Why do we do it? We want everyone to be at "home" in their apartment.
