LochRoux was established in May 2013 by Coimin McLoughlin, a Professional and Chartered Civil Engineer, with 12 years' experience gained in Dublin, Ireland and 3 years in Johannesburg, South Africa. LochRoux provides civil, structural and project management services to the industrial, commercial, and private sectors in South Africa. We have grown our customer base by providing a world class professional, sustainable and efficient solution to our clients. In order to accomplish this, we build quality into all processes from project initiation to close-out. We have established a Project Quality Management System in line with the ISO 9001 framework.
