Basecamp Fitness is a new studio fitness concept that will push you to your limits and shakes up your workout routine. We use a varying, fitness program that gives you a complete, full-body workout combining efficient cardio AND strength training AND core movements - every class - we take the guesswork out of your workout. Our high-energy, upbeat environment and motivating instructors keep you moving and coming back for more. Basecamp is the only studio that uses an Assault bike and provides weights, as heavy as you choose, to ensure you get the best work out every time. Making You. Stronger.
