The Occupational Development Center (ODC) is a nonprofit social enterprise that specializes in providing employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.Our mission is developing the skills of individuals with disabilities by providing opportunities for suitable, sustainable employment that result in greater independence. Our organization encompasses nine divisions serving 11 communities across northern Minnesota.In order to provide quality services to our clients, we operate three production facilities in Bemidji, Buhl and Roseau.
