We reform and build better non-profit organisations in the development and humanitarian sector. We help NGOs, donors, philanthropists and social entrepreneurs to innovate, to get better funding and to organise their business and their teams using efficient, data-driven operating practices.We deal with many organisations that want to streamline and improve their business with digital tools but are hesitant to use technology as it is new ground for them. Some organisations have tools in place but are not using them in the most efficient ways. We show non-profits the right tools for their particular situation. We teach them how to use simple technologies to improve their organisation so they can dedicate more time and more funds to their mission.We offer management advice, advise how to work better remotely, how to run funding schemes and how to be more agile.
