Secret Gardens recruitment strategy focuses on employing qualified and experienced staff in design, construction and horticulture.Culturally, staff are passionate, creative and aspire to deliver the highest standard of service and product possible. Secret Gardens has an active apprenticeship program ensuring staff are trained in all aspects of landscaping by experienced managers. Their talented team include Landscape Architects and Designers, Structural Landscaping Specialists and Tradesmen, Horticulturists, Gardeners and their Administration team. Secret Gardens extensive portfolio of garden designs all over Australia demonstrates an ability to work with and enhance a variety of architectural styles whilst creating a unique garden design.
