After design, we create engineering drawings & documentation that serve as the basis for apples-to-apples bid comparisons. Qualified low-voltage contractors bid on the various technology systems, and we will compare & contrast the proposals with the team to help select the best contractors. Through Construction Administration services, Axiom manages the installation process to ensure that all technology is installed per the design. We are the central point of contact for all low-voltage systems. Proactive project management keeps all contractors coordinated, increasing efficiency & minimizing change orders & delays. After installation, Axiom will program the home automation control system (Crestron, Savant, and AMX) to be intuitive and easy to use. As the client's Technology Concierge™, Axiom will serve as the single source to call for all home technology-related ongoing customer service and future technology updates.
