TOCO operates a shop and textile pantry which has served thousands of families over the past six years out of our headquarters at 825 West Main Street in Belleville, Illinois. Through referrals from community members, schools, churches, and service agencies, TOCO Shop and Textile Pantry provide subsidized and free clothing, shoes, and housewares to children and families. Last year alone we served over 650 families.In December 2015, we opened a second location at 2714 Cherokee Street to aid our St. Louis neighbors. With the added location, we hope to triple our outreach in 2016 to 1500 families. And we have plans to launch a third location in Edwardsville by Spring of 2016.
