Capital Veterinary Clinic was established in 1978 by Dr. Curtis Sanders and operated out of a small two exam room hospital and a barn for many years. Dr. Matthew Scroggs took over the practice in 2005 and built a brand new 5,000 square foot, two story, state-of-the art hospital just across the street from the original location. Capital Veterinary Clinic now has 3 doctors, 5 exam rooms, an isolation room, a full in-house laboratory, digital radiography equipment, pharmacy, spacious, climate controlled canine, feline, isolation and hospital wards. We operate as a walk-in hospital and have the ability to care for all of your pet's medical need from routine to emergency care during business hours.
