As the only Aberdeen-based caterer specialising in slow smoked meats, we combine premium ingredients with modern day cooking techniques to create mouth watering menus that are bursting with flavour. Sourced through our family's award winning butcher, we slow smoke and BBQ spit-roast quality cuts of meat to serve as delicious soul food at private and public events. After a successful year in street food and private catering, we've taken up a full time Kitchen Residency within Six Degrees North, Aberdeen - a local craft brewer and bar. We continue to offer our private catering and pop-up street food at local events in and around Aberdeen. We are an environmentally friendly and economically conscious business - using plant-based, biodegradable packaging and supporting local, independent businesses wherever possible. In Summer 2018 we joined the #Traegernation as an approved UK dealer of Traeger wood pellet grills and accessories.
