Ateliere Fără Frontiere (Workshops without Borders) is a non-profit association for the social, professional and civic integration of vulnerable, excluded and marginalised people, part of SOS GROUP - International action, a worldwide network working towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). AFF has set up 3 work integration social enterprises:reconect - we collect, test, reuse and recycle Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). The collected equipment is either refurbished to be donated to schools in disadvantaged communities or turned into secondary raw materials.remesh - We collect outdoor advertising waste (banners and mesh) and turn them into bags, wallets, pouches and other promotional accessories that are ethical, useful and highly customisable, mostly for corporate events.the bio&co farm - We cultivate social solidarity while promoting sustainable development, through organic agriculture and the management of organic waste from retail and HoReCa, to contribute to food solidarity and compost production.Through themAFF offers employment and personalised counselling and training, psychotherapy, certification and on-the-job training for people facing multiple employment barriers. www.atelierefarafrontiere.rowww.reconect.rowww.remesh.rowww.bio-co.ro
