Serving with Smiles, Children Changing the World is a children's humanitarian group dedicated to giving children ages 6-18 the opportunity to serve people all over the world. At each monthly project, the children work to create items that will be placed in humanitarian kits to charitable organizations traveling for humanitarian work. We are very fortunate to hear from those recipients upon their return home, tell stories to our children about the people they have served and how grateful they were for the items the children made. The children specialize in making; loomed hats, picture books, coloring pages, ABC reading books, bead geckos, bead value bracelets, quilts, t-shirt dresses, blankets, baby cloth dolls, origami, and more. These precious items are placed in humanitarian kits which are delivered to our friends in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Togo, Afghanistan, Philippines, India, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, Peru, and locally.
