We offer an array of products and solutions to help mortgage bankers become better at mortgage banking and analyzing their risks. Some of our current solutions include profitability review, agency readiness gap analysis, mortgage banker risk assessment, internal auditing, merger/acquisition compatibility, channel/workflow analysis. In addition, we offer compliance, quality assurance, and channel and departmental policies/procedures. Collectively in 2013, we've visited over 215 mortgage banks and depository banks nationwide with varying business models. Clients include traditional retail, consumer direct, third party origination and correspondent origination channels. Delivery methods include best effort, direct mandatory trade and assignment of trade, and our clients are both retaining servicing and selling servicing released. In addition, our clients who retain servicing include multiple investor payment schedules, use of a sub server or have an internal serving platform, and many issue their own securities securities.
