This report predicts an emotional intelligence DNA for each individual, based on the strong correlation between temperament and personality on the one hand, and the default thinking, emotional, social and behavioural patterns that underscore EI. A comprehensive, interactive report provides a map and exercises to zoom in on the key areas for that individual's progress. Once an individual receives their report, the development journey with the EIA team starts.
