Our Emergency Assistance Program, EAP provides services like food/grocer gift cards, utility/rental assistance, and baby essentials (car seats, diapers, wipes) to support families who have been marginalized and disenfranchised. CHAN also offers financial literacy classes in efforts to empower residents to take charge of building generational wealth for their families.
