OWTC is licensed by the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) to conduct accredited analysis on drinking water samples in accordance with the Safe Water Drinking Act. Analysis includes the detection of E. coli, Total Coliforms, Background bacteria and Heterotrophic Plate Counts.Additionally, OWTC provides a variety of food analysis capabilities ranging from indicator organism enumeration to pathogen detection, shelf-life determination and challenge studies.
