The assets range from A to B-Grade, with prime tenants including groups such as Sony Australia, Australian Catholic University, Lenovo, iNova, Wilson Parking, Endemol Shine and many others. It is not uncommon for tenants to remain in our assets for 10+ years, with one tenant at 213 Miller street approaching 30 years with Intera – a multi-generational tenant.
