Intera Group is a privately-owned asset manager, based right here in Sydney with more than 40 years management experience in the Sydney commercial market, including more than 30 years in North Sydney itself. Over $700m assets under management includes both commercial and industrial real estate assets. North Shore specifically is an area of expertise for Intera Group, with now four substantial commercial assets – those being 65 Berry Street, 213 Miller Street, 165 Walker Street and 12 Help Street (Chatswood). The assets range from A to B-Grade, with prime tenants including groups such as Sony Australia, Australian Catholic University, Lenovo, iNova, Wilson Parking, Endemol Shine and many others. It is not uncommon for tenants to remain in our assets for 10+ years, with one tenant at 213 Miller street approaching 30 years with Intera – a multi-generational tenant. Our philosophy is focused on long-term thinking with regards to assets, working with top-tier architectural and planning firms in order to achieve the best outcomes.
