We have been building homes in in Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Cambridgeshire to a high standard since 1997. We choose small developments and we keep house numbers low. We build just enough homes to create a sense of place and community, but never so many that you lose that intimate connection with your home and your locality.Where we can, we work with what's already on site. Our meticulous approach relies on choosing materials that last and tradesmen who share our faith in quality and traditional craftsmanship. No wonder every development we build is unique. By spending time at the design stage, we recreate the natural variations of a community that has grown organically. We make sure our homes are as individual, as unpredictable, and as intriguing as the people who buy them.At Grace Homes we are always looking for new opportunities. We have funds available for the acquisition of development land with or without planning permissions in Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire and Rutland. We have a reputation for completing deals as agreed and on time.We specialise in promoting land through the planning process. In particular we have had success working in partnership with landowners where obtaining Planning Consent has been difficult due to conservation and other design constraints.
