Nova Training was established in September 1992 and is a division of the recruitment agency Staff Select Ltd. We hold contracts to deliver 16-18 and 19+ Apprenticeships with the Skills Funding Agency. In addition we hold a contract with the Education Funding Agency to deliver Study Programmes, Traineeships, Supported Internships and Programmes for learners with High Needs to 16-18 year olds. Nova delivers various other contracts and also contracts with a number of schools and local authorities to deliver programmes to 14-16 year olds.We have more delivery centres than any other Provider or College in the West Midlands and East of England. Nova operates from 22 sites in the West Midlands with centres based in the local/district authorities of Birmingham, Dudley (Lye, Netherton (2)), Herefordshire, Sandwell (Oldbury & West Bromwich), Staffordshire (Cannock, Stafford), Telford and Wrekin, Walsall (Brownhills, Goscote, Willenhall), Wolverhampton (Bilston, Bushbury) and Worcestershire (Kidderminster, Redditch). Our Head Office is based at our Willenhall centre in the Local Authority of Walsall. In the East of England we operate from 10 centres, 6 of which are in Norfolk (Dereham, Great Yarmouth, King's Lynn (2), Thetford), 2 centres in Essex (Clacton, Colchester), and Luton. Many of Nova's centres have workshop facilities that offer young people the opportunity to develop vocational skills in construction, motor vehicle and hair and beauty. In addition to this we deliver business administration, customer service, warehousing, retail, hospitality, sales, team leading and management.Nova was last inspected in July 2016 by Ofsted.
