The multi-level shopping centre currently features more than 24 shops with a total gross leasable area (GLA) of 30550 sq ft including department stores, fashion, lifestyle, sports, electronics and home furnishing outlets and the largest Qui Conviene hypermarket. Opened in spring 2013, the mall has a total built area of 46,000 sq ft on two stories.We called our shopping centre Galleria(Gallery) in order to differentiate ourselves from the classical concept of Centro Commerciale(shopping mall). Our Galleria is an average-sized complex of shops representing merchandisers, with interconnecting walkways enabling visitors to easily walk from unit to unit, along with a parking area – a modern, indoor version of the traditional marketplace. The concept is simple and unique: fast shop saving money and time!A classical Centro Commerciale is a destination for shopping, leisure and entertainment unlike traditional Gallerias. They are being with large entertainment centers including amusement parks, tens of movie theatres, museums, and virtual reality centers.
