Crownsavers is a not for profit financial co-operative, we provide savings and affordable loans to our members. Established in 1997, the credit union has grown to over 1800 members and has played an indispensable role in the Lewisham community. Originally known as Lewisham Council Credit Union, Crownsavers began by offering services to Lewisham Council. We have now extended our service to include Lewisham University Hospital, Lewisham College, Lewisham Homes, Housing Associations and other organisations that operate within all South East London Postcodes. We conduct our business in a way that is ethical and contributes to the social, economic and environmental well-being of the communities we serve. We aim to help people to be in control of their personal finances. We reinvest the money we generate from loan's interest to provide services to our members.
