Bakeshop is a neighborhood retail and wholesale Bakery started in 2011 by James Beard Award-winning pastry chef, Kim Boyce. Kim uses a variety of whole-grain flours to bring unique flavors and textures to her rustic, sophisticated, and seasonal pastries. The menu offers over 40 items including scones, muffins, croissants, cookies, pies, quiches, tea cakes, and grab-and-go baguette sandwiches. There are also special holiday pastries available for special order throughout the year. In addition to the bakery, you can find Bakeshop in over 35 locations across Portland, as well as Oregon City, Vancouver, and Beaverton.Since opening Bakeshop, Kim has been a James Beard Award semifinalist for Outstanding Baker in both 2016 and 2019, and has contributed to Bon Appétit, O, NPR, Portland Monthly, Whole Living and the Los Angeles Times.
