Riley's Way is all about your little girls with natural hair, whom we refer to as Natural Hair Beauties, doing it their way. The company received its name from my granddaughter because she's confident enough to be herself and accept, embrace and love her curls. We aim to encourage girls to be anything they want to be in life while embracing their natural hair with inspirational apparel that celebrates it. We want to add an inclusive representation of natural hair beauties in the workforce for black girls.
