Clear Current Capital is a publicly funded, specialized venture capital firm, that making early stage growth and impact investments in US plant-based food/cell-cultivated meat space. This $1T+ global market is ripe for innovation and large-scale change. Our proprietary deal flow platform enables us to identify exceptional entrepreneurs/founders and apply our experience and resources strategically for success and growth. Clear Current Capital's focus on core impact will include environmental, animal cruelty, and large scale food industry inefficiency issues. Clear Current Capital's focus will be entirely in plant-based food/clean meat space, and generally at the Seed or Series A level. Terms will be the standard 2% fixed annual fee for covering operations. The term duration will be 10 years (with two extensions possible) and we are subject to a maximum of 99 accredited investors total for this fund. A standard 80% of the Fund's profit will be paid back to investors (LPs), and the majority of the remaining 20% Fund's GP carry will be donated to mission driven effective non-profits.
