Seven years ago Imperial Homes expanded its business to the greater Orlando area, bringing its custom home program to varying price points and many satisfied customers. We believe the customers' desires are critical in the overall development of the plans and finishing specifications of any residential project.Our approach starts with a thorough interview of the customers' desires and lifestyle. By working with an integrated team including the customer, the architect and the builder, our goal is to capture all of the customers' desires in the architectural plans and custom finishing specifications. With this approach we have built over 100 custom homes in the last 10 years, ranging in price from $500,000 to over $5,000,000. This equates to roughly a million square feet of luxury living space in the state of Florida.
