The Center for Army Lessons Learned (CALL) drives Army change by leading the Army Lessons Learned Program. CALL identifies, collects, analyzes, disseminates and archives lessons and best practices from across the Army. CALL maintains global situational awareness in order to share knowledge and facilitate the ability of the Army and its unified action partners to adapt to win wars.CALL strives to be the Army's daily focal point for adaptive learning, providing timely and relevant knowledge to the Warfighter, Army institutions, and its unified action partners based on lessons and best practices gathered from the total force. CALL's goal is utilize integrated systems and interactive technology to simplify winning in a complex world.CALL was founded in 1985. It is located at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. CALL is a subordinate organization of the Mission Command Center of Excellence, which falls under the command of the Combined Arms Center.
