Our goal is to help seniors stay in their homes and remain healthy and happy for as long as possible. SOS/Meals on Wheels serves seniors 60 and older who are vulnerable to malnutrition because they can no longer shop or prepare food independently. SOS/Meals on Wheels serves seniors living in Castro Valley, Hayward, Oakland, San Leandro and San Lorenzo. We prepare and deliver 1,200 meals daily from our commercial kitchen in San Leandro
