We are dedicated to helping local people to improve their health through making lifestyle changes. We bring measurable results in individuals' and communities' wellbeing, demonstrating that people's life quality can be improved by improving health literacy. hat we do: Our main focus is work in the field of behaviour change in order to improve physical and mental health. In this respect, we are interested in all aspects which can make an individual or group of people reach their potential: health, education, employment, housing, opportunities to express their talents and interests trough art, etc. We provide group activities and one-to-one support for those who want to take control over their weight, make their diet healthier, learn about how to manage diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol and become physically active. We also provide support for people who want to quit smoking and drink sensibly. We engage with the public in order to reach as many people as possible with appropriate health messages. We appear in supermarkets, at events, we provide workshops, talks and other educational activities. We participate in health campaigns in order to raise public awareness. We partner up with other organisations, in order to support their activities as well as take on implementation of various projects which could lead to improvement in communities' and individuals' health and wellbeing.
